Suitable for energy-saving retrofits of injection molding and extrusion equipment.
2. Integrated dehumidifying and drying feeder with intelligent servo control system: We independently develop the entire machine and control system, featuring a frequency conversion energy-saving design, achieving energy savings of 30%–80%, and temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. This integrates raw material dehumidification, drying, and conveying.
3. 3.0P series two-stage energy-saving screw air compressor: We independently develop a two-stage compression structure, providing stable and efficient air supply, suitable for energy-saving applications in plastic injection molding machine production.
Core advantages: High-efficiency heating, precise temperature control, durable equipment, and short investment payback period (approximately 6–12 months).
