Based on the Joule effect, the built-in nickel-chromium alloy heating wire generates heat when energized. This heat is conducted through a high-purity magnesium oxide filling layer to the metal casing, heating the mold or medium via contact heat transfer. The magnesium oxide simultaneously ensures electrical insulation and thermal conductivity.
