The cast copper heating coil achieves energy saving by embedding a spiral heating wire within a metal sheet shell formed by stamping, and filling the space between the spiral heating wire and the metal shell with a thermally conductive and insulating filler. This thin-shell metal structure is simple, but the plate is prone to deformation, therefore it is typically manufactured as a low-power heating coil below 800W.
