Electrically heated air is delivered to the bottom of a stainless steel hopper via a fan. The hot air penetrates the raw material layer, carrying away surface moisture and exiting from the top. The equipment uses an independent temperature control system and features a transparent window and quick-opening structure for easy on-site monitoring and rapid maintenance.
Suitable for raw materials with low hygroscopicity, such as PP, PE, ABS, and PS. It is easy to operate and has low maintenance costs, making it suitable for conventional products with low drying precision requirements. Limitations include the inability to remove bound water, significant fluctuations in drying effect with ambient humidity, and the need for prompt use after drying to prevent moisture re-entry.
